In collaboration with the talented orchestra of Casco Phil, we presented a breathtaking drone light show during the closing weekend of Construct Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the course of an hour, the melodies of H\u00e4ndel, Beethoven, Camille Saint-Sa\u00ebns and others were brought to life by hundreds of drones, illustrating an enchanting journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the opera \u201cLe Cygne\u201d we animated a giant swan. The thirteenth and penultimate movement of Camille Saint-Sa\u00ebns\u201c \u201dThe Carnival of the Animals.\" A swan is often depicted as the most beautiful of animals, and during the performance it can be interpreted as an elderly animal stubbornly resisting the effects of aging or even death. We have depicted it as a swan living its life for a day \/ a lifetime and falling asleep \/ dying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second part was H\u00e4ndel's Water Music. A musical piece in response to King George I's request for a concert on the Thames. During the performance we showed the boat's journey on the Thames, including some instruments such as violin and trumpet. All to the notes of Alla Hornpipe and the Bour\u00e9e. As an interlude, a baroque dancer danced to the beautiful melodies of Rigaudon. During the last part of the Water Music we paid tribute to Mechelen by launching #love2800 into the sky. Our last tune was \u201cOde to Joy\u201d by Ludwig van Beethoven, to conclude all the wonderful festivities offered by Construct Europe.
