On August 15, 2025, around midnight, Portoferraio had an extraordinary experience.
For the first time, the traditional Ferragosto holiday was celebrated with an emotional drone show signed by us at ink7lab.
The Darsena Medicea was transformed into an open-air stage of images, music and light poetry.
An unprecedented crowd filled every space in the harbor. Residents and visitors came from all over the island to witness a show that combined technology, art, and storytelling into one shared thrill.

During the show, hundreds of synchronized drones drew a sequence of images and symbols in the sky designed to excite and tell the identity of Elba:
